For pictures the following formats are currently supported: GIF, JPEG and PNG. For audio the following formats are currently supported: MP3, OGG and WMA; and for video the following formats are currently supported: MPG, 3GPP, WMV, 3GP, MP4 and 3G.

It happens when you try to upload a large file (content); if the content size is really large there's a chance the process gets slow. Other reason is related to the upload rate from the internet service provider.

One of the reasons of this is that all the files are focused on mobile content. The mobile content should be lighter than other kind of content because all the handsets have a limit capabilities.

Make sure you have added the line <script language=JavaScript src=http://www.mysimple.mobi/simple/faces/external/widgets/media2Phone.js></script> inside the headers section (<head> ... </head>) of the Web page source code where you are adding the widget. You only need to add one line regardless of the number of widgets you are publishing.
